An employee was waiting for a boom operator to finish setting a cube of 90 concrete blocks measuring 8x8x16 inches onto another cube. The cube bumped into another cube that was already on the ground, causing some of the blocks to fall off the cube and strike the employee's right hand, resulting in broken index and middle fingers.
