An employee was providing care to a resident who was having a seizure while sitting in a wheel chair. The employee tripped over the wheel chair or the resident's legs and fell, striking the wall with her shoulder and face, and then landing on the floor. The employee was bleeding from the nose and was hospitalized with a fractured right humerus.
