Narrative

On March 22, 2021, at approximately 1:15 AM, an employee was picking a case of oranges in the produce department while a fork truck was moving a pallet nearby. It's forks swung to the left and struck the employee's lower right leg. The employee sustained fractures to the tibia, fibula, ankle, and foot.
