Narrative

On March 23, 2021, an employee was using a circular saw to cut rotted wood on the roof of a one-story house when his foot slipped from under him, causing his steering/controlling hand to contact the blade of the circular saw. He sustained the amputation of the left index fingertip without bone loss.
