Narrative

An employee was rolling a machine down a ramp, from inside a warehouse to the outside, so he could load it on a delivery truck. At the bottom of the ramp, he tripped over the forks of a fork truck, and his right leg was caught between the fork truck and the machine he was moving. He suffered a broken right leg.
