Narrative

An employee was helping load trucks. A load of strapped millwork material was brought into the loading area on a forklift. It was unstrapped, then rotated 180 degrees to be lowered onto 18-inch steel trestles. The employee was placing a trestle when some wooden window trim kits shifted from the load and fell onto the employee's head, causing a 3-inch laceration and a concussion. The employee was hospitalized.
