Narrative

An employee was felling a large tree. As the tree fell, it contacted another large tree, causing that tree to become uprooted and fall. That tree then contacted a dead tree, causing a large section of the dead tree to break off. Pieces of the dead tree section struck the employee in the back, resulting in three fractured ribs.
