Narrative

At 4:45 p.m. on April 12, 2021, an employee was preparing to pressure-wash an ash hopper. After he was set up, the wand slipped out of his hand and the trigger deployed when it hit the ground. Pressurized water struck his left little finger. He was hospitalized.
