Narrative

On April 21, 2021, an employee was using a 4 1/2-inch handheld grinder on a 10-inch stainless steel fitted pipe. The grinder kicked back, knocked his safety glasses off, and struck his face, lacerating it near his left eye. He was hospitalized.
