Narrative

The injured employee was pulling a sheet rock cart loaded with 8 cement boards while another employee was pushing it. A tire went off the sidewalk and the cart was about to tip over. The injured employee slipped in "sand" trying to move out of the way and the cement boards fell on top of the employee. The injured employee was hospitalized with a fractured ankle and a lower back injury.
