Narrative

An employee was carrying a 5 gallon bucket of 50% hydrogen peroxide solution when the handle broke or he dropped the bucket and the solution splashed onto him. He experienced chemical burns on his left arm, chest, left shoulder, and just above the left eye. He was hospitalized for burns as well as inhalation of vapors and ingestion of liquid solution.
