Narrative

On May 13, 2021, an employee was operating an overhead crane to move a 2,980 lbs. chip hopper. The hopper was approximately one inch off the ground while moving it. The hopper rotated and caught the employee's foot against the hopper frame and concert ramp resulting in a fracture and laceration to the foot.
