Narrative

An employee as investigating a leak at roof level beside a parts rack at the final assembly area. As the employee was taking a picture of the leak, he stepped back into the drive path of a dolly train. The employee made contact with the third dolly in the train causing the employee to fall to the ground and fracture a leg.
