Narrative

On May 26, 2021, an employee was driving a standup forklift taking products from the backroom to the produce area when the forklift hit a pole and then a pallet of wine causing her foot to be caught between the forklift and the pallet of wine. The employee suffered a broken left foot and was hospitalized.
