Narrative

An employee was in the attic of a residence that was being renovated. Most of the attic floor had been removed. A 3.5' x 3.5' area was covered with a piece of sheetrock. The employee stepped on the sheetrock and fell through it 9 feet to the floor below and sustained contusions.
