Narrative

An employee was on the roof to perform preventative maintenance on an air conditioning system. As the employee moved to a higher section of the roof, they fell approximately 25 feet through a skylight to the concrete below, resulting in a brain bleed, facial fractures, and a laceration to the carotid artery.
