Narrative

A mechanic was fixing a company van which would not start from the switch inside the vehicle. The mechanic put the van in park and then attempted to start the van from underneath. The vehicle switched into reverse and rolled over the employee. The employee was hospitalized for a lacerated spleen and kidney.
