Narrative

On July 7, 2021, an employee was lifting their left leg up to climb onto the upper scaffold deck for scaffold modification. After stepping up approximately 2 feet to the upper scaffold deck, the employee felt a pain in their abdomen. The employee suffered an inguinal hernia that required hospitalization.
