Narrative

On July 9, 2021, at approximately 11:15 a.m., an employee was aligning a belt on the press conveyor and attempted to remove a piece of rubber underneath the conveyor when their right middle finger was caught between the cylinder and the conveyor, resulting in amputation at the proximal phalanx.
