Narrative

An employee was driving an industrial yard truck to move semi-trailers in the yard. He was hooking the airlines of a trailer with his foot on a step when he lost his footing and fell off the side of the truck, about 36 inches, onto the asphalt/concrete ground. The employee stuck his head on the asphalt/concrete and suffered a brain bleed as well as cuts and scratches. The employee was hospitalized.
