Narrative

On July 28, 2021, an employee was nailing a double 2-inch by 6-inch top plate to the top of a first floor wall. When he fired a pneumatic nail gun into the plate, the nail split the wood, went through the plate, and punctured his hand between the thumb and the index finger.
