Narrative

On July 31, 2021, at 11:30 a.m., an employee was cutting a piece of concrete pipe with a portable cut-off saw when the saw got bound after the pipe pinched it. The employee lost his grip and the saw flipped over and bounced up to the left side of his neck, resulting in a laceration.
