Narrative

An employee was stepping off the side of a truck cab which is about 30 inches above the ground. He fell and the back of his head struck a 2-foot high retaining wall. The employee lost consciousness. He was hospitalized with a skull fracture, concussion, amnesia, and a gash that required sutures.
