Narrative

An employee had just used a 35-pound electrical ground rod driver to install a ground rod. While lifting the ground rod driver above his shoulders, he lost his balance and fell onto the rod that had been driven into the ground. He suffered a neck laceration requiring five stitches and hospitalization.
