Narrative

On August 17, 2021, an employee was inside a trailer that his truck had just backed up to a loading dock. As he tried to straighten a banded load of cardboard, the band snapped and the load fell, knocking him into the side of the trailer. He suffered head lacerations and a dislocated shoulder.
