Narrative

An employee was assisting in landing the top of a cut-off H-pile that was being hoisted by a crane. When the piece touched down on the deck it slid and rolled as the employee was moving to another area. The bottom of the H-pile pinched the employee's foot against the top of another H-pile resulting in a broken metatarsal.
