Narrative

An employee was operating a pallet jack to select product for an order. The employee was maneuvering the pallet jack around a steel bollard in the warehouse when his feet were pinned between the bollard and the pallet jack resulting in a right foot fracture and a laceration on the left foot requiring stitches. The employee was hospitalized.
