Narrative

In the early morning of September 6, 2021, an employee was traveling on a powered cart when its front passenger tire contacted a handrail post on the side of the roadway. The cart tipped onto its left side, and the employee suffered a laceration to the lower left leg and multiple fractures to the right ankle. The employee was hospitalized.
