Narrative

On 9/21/2021, at 2:15 PM, an employee in a boom lift was setting a bar joist that was being swung in by a crane. While moving the bar joist across a girder, the joist rolled off the girder and struck the employee s right arm. The employee sustained a fracture to the upper right arm requiring hospitalization and surgery.
