An employee was using a forklift to unload containers from a truck. The forklift had to be pulled out of the trailer by another vehicle using a tow strap. As the employee was removing the tow strap, the other vehicle backed up, and the employee's forearm was pinned between the forklift and the truck. The employee suffered a contusion to the forearm.
