Narrative

At 3:20 p.m. on October 5, 2021, an employee was clearing a jam on a blower machine when the rotating drum crushed the employee's right hand. The employee was hospitalized and suffered amputation of their right index finger and the tip of the right middle finger. The thumb was also severely injured.
