Narrative

An employee was cutting down a tree branch while on a ladder. The branch fell and struck the ladder, knocking the employee off of it. The employee struck the bumper of a parked vehicle and the ground after falling, resulting in a laceration to the chin and face, as well as four fractured ribs.
