An employee was in a warehouse, picking up a horizontal roll of paper (weighing 2,000-3,000 pounds) using a forklift. The roll fell from the forklift's clamp and began moving toward a wall. The employee dismounted the forklift and was struck by the roll on the front of the left leg. The leg was broken below the knee and above the ankle.
