Narrative

On October 26, 2021, an employee felled a tree and it landed on an adjacent, 1.5-inch diameter tree limb and put the limb under tension. The employee turned off his saw and was accessing the adjacent tree when the limb failed and struck him in the face. The employee suffered two fractures to the face.
