Narrative

An A&B Business Solutions employee was standing on the forks of a forklift about 12 feet in the air. He stepped off the forks onto a wood pallet, then slipped and fell to the floor. He suffered two broken ribs and a crushed disk in the lower back and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
