Narrative

An employee was shoveling dust at a mill house. His clothing caught on the rotating shaft of a hammer mill, and he was pulled toward the machine and thrown to the ground. He suffered four fractured ribs, a fractured iliac crest, a lacerated kidney, and contusions to his elbow and leg, all on the right side of his body. He was hospitalized.
