An employee and co-workers were replacing the existing HID parking lot fixtures with new LED fixtures. During the process of removing the existing fixtures, the lighting circuits were energized by a photocell. The employee attempted to strip wiring to make the electrical connections for the new fixtures when they were electrocuted, resulting in hospitalization.
