Narrative

An employee was digging a hole to plant a holly tree near the corner of a retaining wall. After the tree was set in place, he grabbed a branch to reorient it. The branch snapped; he fell off the edge of the wall onto a step landing about 4 feet below, then rolled down a few steps.
