Narrative

An employee was moving a storage cart when a case of vinegar fell off the cart to the ground, breaking bottles of vinegar inside. Seeing the product was leaking, the employee picked up the case to dispose of it. As he was walking with the leaking case, he slipped in the vinegar and fell. He suffered a broken hip and was hospitalized.
