Narrative

On December 7, 2021, at 3:25 p.m., an employee was trying to move and align a steel beam into the correct position. A headache ball from a crane onsite was moved into position in order to knock the beam into place. The employee's hand got caught between the beam and the headache ball, resulting in a finger amputation.
