Narrative

On December 7, 2021, an employee was washing the surface of bricks from a scaffold. The employee was moving wood planks from one elevation to a lower elevation and fell approximately 14 feet from the scaffold to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured wrist and ribs and was hospitalized.
