Narrative

An employee was climbing down a maintenance stand to reposition the stand's foot-activated wheel lock. The employee reached down with their left hand to pull up the wheel lock; the lock disengaged and crushed the employee's index finger between the mechanical brake mechanism and the limit setting bolt.
