Narrative

A maintenance employee opened up a tunnel freezer and shut off its fans to prepare for maintenance. The fans were turned on while the employee was performing maintenance and the fan blades contacted the employee, resulting in cuts to their right arm, hand, and fingers that required hospitalization.
