Narrative

Two employees were conducting operations to abandon a pipeline. The third flash test of the pipeline caused a flash fire. Both employees were caught in the fire; sustaining burns to the face, neck, and hands. Employee 1 suffered first- and second-degree burns and was hospitalized.
