Narrative

An employee was sealing medical products in a plastic pouch. While leveling the plastic pouch into the sealer bar, the employee hit the foot pedal to close the sealer bar causing the bar to catch her finger between both bars. The employee pulled on her finger, resulting in a partial amputation.
