Narrative

An employee was on a job site to repair a residential water line. The employee was looking inside a ditch from above when an excavator bucket hit him, causing him to fall backward off a retaining wall and land on his chest and shoulder. The employee suffered injuries to his ribs, lung, and shoulder.
