Narrative

An employee was beginning to pump milk to his tanker truck. He noticed that the belt on the motor at the back of the truck that ran the pump had slipped. He was trying to reposition it with his left hand when the motor started. The belt caught his left index finger, causing an amputation at the first knuckle.
