Narrative

At about 1:40 AM on January 11, 2022, an employee was struck by a forklift in the warehouse. The employee was knocked down and displaced several feet on the concrete floor before the vehicle came to a stop. The employee was knocked unconscious and sustained lacerations to the face and back of the head and soft tissue damage in the right forearm. The employee was hospitalized.
