Narrative

On January 20, 2022, an employee had completed cleaning debris off a one-story commercial building. As he was descending an 18-foot extension ladder, the ladder slipped, causing him to fall about 12 feet to the ground. The employee was hospitalized, and he suffered a laceration to his head, a broken collarbone, and a bruised shoulder. He may have also suffered a head injury.
