Narrative

An employee was driving a high-reach forklift. The employee began to turn into an aisle, saw another employee in the aisle, and tried to stop the turn. The forklift struck an end cap, and the employee's left foot was caught between the two. The employee suffered a crushing injury and fractures to the foot and toes.
